  • 📦 Complete unboxing video (from sealed package opening)
  • 📸 Clear photos showing the issue (damage or wrong item)

⚠️ Important:

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened from the start
  • Claims without proper proof will be rejected

📦 4. Product Condition for Return

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be packed securely while returning to avoid further damage

🚫 5. Non-Returnable Conditions

We reserve the right to reject return requests in the following cases:

  • ❌ No unboxing video or valid proof is provided
  • ❌ Damage caused due to improper or wrong usage

Once your request is approved, you can choose:

  • 💸 Full Refund (processed to original payment method)

🚚 7. Return Shipping Policy

  • We provide FREE return pickup only in valid cases:
    • Damaged product
    • Wrong product delivered
  • No shipping charges will be applied to the customer in these cases

⏳ 8. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after approval
  • The time taken to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider
